Hi, I’m CHRISTINE CARROTHERS

I work with clients from a trauma informed perspective. My focus for providing quality care is to establish a safe environment for clients to do their best work at learning self care, gaining healthy coping tools, and implementing boundaries. I utilize an eclectic and decolonized approach to pursue the right care for individual needs.

My experiences include supporting clients on anxiety, grief and loss, gender identity, attachment, depression, child abuse and domestic abuse, race and identity, women’s health, and relationship issues. My specific areas of expertise include adoption, transracial identity, and traumatic grief and loss.

I utilize a combination of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Somatic Regulation skills, and Brainspotting to help clients process emotions and gain wellness for both their mind and body.
